These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mail-in PC building and repair services ("Services") offered by RallyPointPC LLC ("RallyPointPC," "we," "us," or "our"). By submitting a build ticket, shipping in a device or parts, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
RallyPointPC LLC provides mail-in computer building, repair, diagnostic, upgrade, and related labor services. We do not sell hardware — you supply your own parts or existing system, and we charge only for labor and add-on services as listed on our Pricing page. Pricing tiers (e.g., Full Build tiers) are estimates based on your description; the final tier and price are confirmed once we inspect the parts you send, and we will contact you before performing any work that would change the quoted price.
You are responsible for packing your parts or device securely for shipment to us, following the packing guidance provided on our site. We recommend photographing your parts before shipping. While your property is in our possession, we take reasonable care to protect it from damage, loss, and unauthorized use. However, RallyPointPC's liability for loss or damage to your property while in our custody is limited to the documented value of the affected component(s), and we encourage you to insure shipments for their full value with your carrier. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your parts or device to us. Return shipping to you is a flat fee, shown as its own line on your invoice. Every return shipment is insured for its declared value and tracked. If a return shipment arrives damaged, notify us with photos within 48 hours of delivery; we will file the claim with the carrier, pass along the full amount the carrier pays, and repair any resulting damage we are able to fix at no labor charge. For shipments you send to us, you are the shipper and are responsible for any carrier claim; if your package arrives visibly damaged, we will photograph it before opening and send you the photos.
If a part you ship arrives dead or defective through no fault of ours, that is a matter between you and the manufacturer's or retailer's warranty — RallyPointPC is not the seller and cannot replace it. We will provide a written diagnostic report to support your own RMA claim. No diagnostic fee applies when the part was sent in for a build ticket. At your request and expense, we can source a replacement part to keep your build on schedule for a flat sourcing fee plus the cost of the part, which we will confirm with you before purchasing anything.
Payment is due upon invoice, which is issued once your ticket's scope and final tier or hourly estimate are confirmed. We do not begin work that exceeds your original quote without your approval. Return shipping is a flat fee included in your invoice.
All labor performed by RallyPointPC is warrantied for 90 days from the ship date. If a fault related to our work occurs within that period, we will correct it at no additional labor charge. This warranty does not cover: (a) parts that fail due to manufacturer defect unrelated to our work, (b) damage occurring after the item leaves our custody, or (c) issues arising from customer-requested configurations that carry inherent risk (e.g., overclocking beyond safe limits at customer instruction).
You may cancel a ticket before work begins at no charge, other than return shipping for any parts already sent to us. Once work has begun, cancellation may incur a labor charge for time already spent, prorated at our standard hourly rate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RallyPointPC's total liability for any claim arising from our Services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss — please back up any data before shipping in a device.
Rally Rewards points are earned automatically on paid invoices and have no cash value. RallyPointPC may modify or discontinue the rewards program at any time; points balances at the time of any such change will be honored for existing perks where reasonably possible.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
