What's covered under warranty?
All labor is covered for 90 days after your build or repair ships. If something we touched fails, ship it back and we'll make it right at no charge.
What if my PC won't turn on after the repair?
Contact us immediately: this falls under warranty. We stress-test every build before it ships, but if something surfaces after transit, we'll diagnose and fix it at no additional labor cost.
Do you handle water damage?
Yes, but success depends on how quickly it's shipped in and how extensive the damage is. We'll give you an honest assessment during diagnostics before doing any paid repair work.
What should I ship in?
Individual components in anti-static bags with proper padding, or a fully assembled case; just let us know which in your ticket so we can give accurate shipping guidance.
How does return shipping work?
Return shipping is a flat fee built into your quote up front, so there's no surprise charge when your rig ships back. Typically $25–$50 for a standard mid-tower, insured and tracked. For box size: a standard ATX mid-tower or smaller ships fine in a sturdy box with a couple inches of padding on all sides. Got a full tower or something over 40 lbs? Reach out before you ship so we can quote it accurately.
Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
Yes. If you're in Rincon, Guyton, Springfield, Pooler, Savannah, Richmond Hill or elsewhere in Effingham County, we can pick up and drop off by appointment instead of shipping. Travel fee: free in Effingham County, $15 to Pooler, $25 to Savannah or Richmond Hill, and waived on every full build. Just ask in your ticket.
What if my PC gets damaged in shipping?
On the way back to you: every return shipment is insured for its full value and tracked, and we photograph your PC packed in the box before we seal it. If it arrives damaged, send us photos of the box and the PC. We file the claim with the carrier, pass along every dollar they pay out, and fix any damage we can repair at no labor charge.
On the way to us: you're the shipper, so the claim is yours to file. We make it easy: if your box arrives damaged, we photograph it before opening it and send you the photos. That's why we recommend insuring your shipment for its full value. Local? Skip shipping and use pickup and drop-off.
Do you ship internationally?
Not currently. We're US-only for now while we dial in turnaround times and shipping logistics.
What does "0% Parts Markup" mean?
We only charge for labor — never for the parts themselves. You pay exactly what you paid for your components; our fee only covers the work.
What if a part I ship in arrives dead on arrival (DOA)?
If a part turns out to be dead before we start the build, that's between you and the manufacturer's warranty; we're not the seller, so we can't replace it ourselves. We'll send you a written diagnostic report confirming the part is dead, which you can use for your own RMA. There is no diagnostic fee for DOA parts on a build ticket.
Don't want your build stuck waiting weeks on an RMA? For a flat $20 sourcing fee (plus the cost of the part itself, which we'll confirm with you before buying anything), we'll pick up a replacement locally or online and keep your build on schedule. Your original dead part ships back to you with the finished build, so you can still pursue your own refund or warranty replacement whenever it's convenient.
